Brainymation Studio Sdn Bhd is a HRD Corp registered training provider offering professional multimedia and animation training services, including but not limited to:
- Instructor-led training courses covering Adobe, Autodesk, Figma, and other creative software applications
- Corporate and in-house training programmes tailored to organisational needs
- Public training classes conducted at our training centre or online
- HRD Corp claimable training programmes for eligible Malaysian employers
- Course materials, resources, and certificates of completion
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Use of Website
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this website for personal and lawful purposes. When using our website, you agree to the following:
Permitted Uses:
- Browsing course information and training schedules
- Submitting enquiry forms, registration requests, and quotation requests
- Downloading course brochures and publicly available materials
- Contacting us through the provided communication channels
Prohibited Activities:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database
- Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the website

5. Course Registration and Payment
Registration Process:
- Course registrations may be submitted through our website enquiry forms, email, or phone.
- A registration is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Brainymation Studio and payment or an approved HRD Corp grant application.
- We reserve the right to decline any registration at our discretion.
Payment Terms:
- All course fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the training, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, online payment, or cheque as specified in our quotation or invoice.
- Course fees are subject to applicable taxes as required by Malaysian law.
HRD Corp Claims:
- Eligible employers may claim training fees through the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) levy.
- It is the employer's responsibility to ensure that the HRD Corp grant application is approved before the training commences.
- Brainymation Studio will provide the necessary documentation to support HRD Corp claims, but we are not responsible for the approval or rejection of any claim by HRD Corp.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
- Cancellations made more than seven (7) working days before the training date will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.
- Cancellations made within seven (7) working days of the training date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the course fee.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of training will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:
- Participants may request to reschedule their training to a different date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least five (5) working days before the original training date.
- Rescheduling is permitted up to two (2) times per registration. After the second reschedule, standard cancellation terms apply.
Cancellation by Brainymation Studio:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, registered participants will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling to an alternative date.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- Brainymation Studio Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service in question.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, career advancement, or certification results from attending our training programmes.
- The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
8. User Submissions
When you submit information through our website forms (including contact forms, enquiry forms, brochure requests, quotation requests, and registration forms), you agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
- Your submission may be used by Brainymation Studio to respond to your enquiry, process your registration, or provide requested information.
